We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business TravelConsultantTeam Leader (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Service Team.
As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting a group of Travel Agents, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational performance. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, fostering a positive team culture, and collaborating cross-functionally with other departments (Quality, WFM, Back Office, and GTM&VIP teams) to achieve business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Travel Agents in their daily activities
- Monitor KPIs related to service quality, productivity, and client satisfaction
- Coordinate training needs and collaborate with the Quality & Training area
- Ensure team compliance with internal processes and SLA commitments
- Work closely with Workforce Management to plan shifts and capacity
- Support escalations and complex cases, ensuring client-first resolution
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing service efficiency and scalability.
5+ years of experience in a travel management or customer service environment
- Proven experience leading teams (in travel industry)
- Fluent in Italian and English (other European languages are a plus)
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to inspire and lead by example
- Passion for people development and continuous improvement.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticketing/CRM systems.
- Experience in managing multilingual or multi-market operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
