Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated O&M Manuals & Training Manager who thrives in a rapidly changing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a group of experienced writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring proper interface management between the Design and Build team and the O&M team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a group of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure on-time provision of O&M deliverables and milestones in accordance with project schedule and budget.
• Ensure preparation and delivery of Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan.
• Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training courses.
• Ensure Technical Writers internal teams effectively prioritize high-priority feature release work with other content, experience, and process improvements.
• Develop an understanding of how our customers use the manuals and what content needs are helpful.
• Review and implement customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, including new editor software, and coordinate the implementation and communication of these changes.
• Ensure the review of operation and maintenance manuals delivered by subcontractors.
• Participate in projects, bidding, and delivery phases within project schedule.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Two to five years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team.
• Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of the integrated systems that comprise a metro system.
• Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications.
• Ability to learn new technical skills quickly, with knowledge and experience in application of railway Technical-Logistic support documentation, associated with any technical system, either rolling stock and/or a rail vehicle.
• International experience and ability to manage international projects.
• Knowledge and ability to review maintenance documentation from sub-suppliers, and techniques to handle relationships with suppliers in an integrated supply chain approach.
