Are you a Cybersecurity Consultant expert in Vulnerability Management?
Reply is a company that specialises in Consulting, Systems Integration and Digital Services with a focus on the conception, design and implementation of solutions based on the new communication channels and digital media. As a Vulnerability Management Expert at Reply Cyber Security Team, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding the digital ecosystem of leading national and international clients. Your mission will be to oversee and optimize the vulnerability management lifecycle—identifying, prioritizing, and tracking security weaknesses across diverse environments, including web and mobile applications, cloud platforms, Io T devices, and complex infrastructures. You'll ensure that vulnerabilities are not only detected but effectively remediated, balancing risk with business priorities. If you excel at orchestrating processes, driving collaboration, and making systems resilient, this is your arena.

You'll bridge the gap between automated findings and actionable security improvements—leveraging analytics, reporting, and risk-based prioritization. You won't just manage processes—you'll help shape a security-first mindset across the organization.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or Computer Science.
Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes and risk-based prioritization. Familiarity with leading vulnerability scanning and management platforms (e.g., Windows, Linux/Unix, mac OS, and mobile platforms. Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including protocols and segmentation concepts. Ability to interpret vulnerability reports and translate findings into actionable remediation plans. Native-level proficiency in Italian and proficient communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
While not mandatory, certifications in vulnerability management, experience with patch management and integration with ITSM tools, familiarity with cloud security posture management (CSPM) and container security, industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Comp TIA Security+, CEH) and contributions to security improvement projects or published best practices will make your profile stand out,
You're driven by the challenge of reducing risk and improving security posture in complex environments. You communicate clearly and confidently—both in writing and in person—and can engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Hundreds of small units with their own projects and teams.
