Manpower Professional team del gruppo Manpower specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di profili middle management, ricerca per realtà internazionale e strutturata di Bologna un/ a SENIOR HARDWARE DESIGNER Le attività previste: - Studio e progettazione hardware di schede digitali di nuove apparecchiature, dalla fase prototipale alla produzione. - Redazione della documentazione tecnica di prodotto. - Gestione della documentazione tecnica dei prodotti EMS cliente - Manutenzione, aggiornamento e Analisi Design To Cost/Design To Quality delle apparecchiature esistenti. - Interfacciamento con i principali reparti aziendali (Commerciale, Acquisti, Produzione, ecc.) e con clienti e fornitori esterni. Requisiti: - Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica o similare. - Conoscenza delle materie fondamentali per lo sviluppo e la progettazione hardware di schede elettroniche digitali. - Conoscenza dei sistemi di controllo motori elettrici - Utilizzo di programmi di simulazione circuitale elettronica (Spice, Matlab, Simulink). - Conoscenza dei principali protocolli di comunicazione digitale (RS232/RS485, CAN, Ethernet, USB, ecc.). - Autonomia nell'utilizzo della strumentazione di laboratorio per debug e riparazione delle schede. - Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Microsoft Office. - Atteggiamento proattivo nel proporre soluzioni innovative e di cost reduction al cliente. - Forte motivazione e capacità di lavorare su più progetti in parallelo. - Disponibilità a trasferte per visite a clienti, fornitori ed altri plant del gruppo. - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta (minimo B2) per affrontare con buona autonomia call e presentazioni con clienti internazionali. - Linguaggio di programmazione C/C++ per lo sviluppo Firmware su microprocessori e microcontrollori.
