Overview In this role you drive supply chain excellence across Europe, focusing on performance, governance, and inventory and compliance initiatives. You will collaborate with Order Management, Customer Project Management, Finance, and other teams to deliver measurable business impact and improved customer outcomes. You'll lead end-to-end KPI management, standardize processes, and strengthen internal controls while reducing unhealthy inventory. This position offers the opportunity to shape governance, optimize operations, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable excellence.

Responsabilità
Own end-to-end KPI management for the zone with root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Roll out standardized supply chain processes and governance across European zones
Lead unhealthy inventory management with standardized approaches and measurable impact
Own internal controls and ensure timely execution of action plans and audit readiness
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or related field
professional experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Logistics, Process Improvement, Operations, or Business Administration
strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause capability
ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability in cross-functional teams
strong communication and organizational skills
Fluency in English and Italian (local language)
