Reporting directly to theCommercial & Marketing Management , the role will be responsible for developing international markets, expanding the distributor network and driving sustainable growth in assigned countries.Key Responsibilities Develop and expandinternational marketswithin the assigned geographical area Identify, negotiate and managedirect agents ,importers and distributors Build long-term partnerships and structure effective distribution networks Achieve sales targets in terms ofturnover, margins and market penetration Monitor market trends and competitive landscape in the assigned area Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts and commercial agreements Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing Management on commercial strategies Ensure structuredsales analysis and reporting by country/market In cooperation with the Technical Department, supportproduct trainingfor distributors and partnersSkills & Competencies •Fluent English Knowledge of asecond language Good command ofMicrosoft Office Strong autonomy, strategic mindset and cross-cultural awarenessWhat We Offer Competitive compensation package withfixed + variablecomponents Opportunity to join asolid and growing Italian company Strategic role with adirect impact on international growth •Hybrid work options • Company car and full working toolsBossini Spa is an equal opportunity employer.
