Production Operator

Intercettare e identificare materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti non conformi durante le varie fasi di processo, segnalando eventuali non conformità al responsabile. Attuare e rispettare le procedure di Qualità, Produzione e prevenzione degli incidenti, sia in condizioni ordinarie che di emergenza. Controllare e condurre macchine e dispositivi di sicurezza, verificando la funzionalità degli impianti di protezione. Eseguire operazioni di lavorazione e movimentazione prodotti nel rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza. Mantenere il posto di lavoro pulito e ordinato, applicando le metodologie 5S. Contribuire al miglioramento continuo delle pratiche EHS con suggerimenti adeguati. Collaborare efficacemente all’interno del team di lavoro. Diploma o laurea (preferibile). Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni. Disponibilità a trasferimenti interni in base alle esigenze aziendali. Precedente esperienza in ruoli simili è gradita. Esperienza di lavoro a contatto con materie prime e semilavorati di natura chimica.
