Overview
In this Senior Product Engineer I role, you design and deploy scalable features for a global SaaS learning platform, focusing on embedded learning and companion experiences. You work within a cross-functional team to translate concepts into production-grade solutions, while reducing handoffs and accelerating delivery. You tackle complex performance and reliability challenges, shaping a product that powers millions to learn and grow. This position offers autonomy, impact, and the chance to advance EdTech at scale.

Responsabilità
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable software for the global SaaS platform
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA to turn concepts into high-performing features
- Write clean, well-documented code and participate in peer reviews
- Refactor to reduce technical debt and improve performance
- Monitor and troubleshoot live applications to ensure a smooth user experience
- Engage in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain momentum
Requisiti fondamentali
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong frontend focus
- Proficiency in frontend technologies; willingness to work with Angular when needed
- Experience in Scrum environments and understanding of CI/CD processes
- Experience with automation and testing frameworks for high-velocity delivery
- Proactive problem-solver with diagnostic skills for complex issues
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and accountability
