Technical Inside Sales

What challenges can you expect?

  • You will interpret, clarify, and fulfill customer specifications and requests for offers and orders as well as enter them to SAP for internal processing and planning
  • You will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring of progress during processing and implementation. Here we seek for close cooperation with purchasing, export and operations duties
  • Additionally, you will participate in technical and commercial negotiations or clarification meetings
  • You may perform site visits as and when required together with the responsible Area Sales Manager
  • You are required to prepare reports for your management
  • You shall maintain close cooperation with the relevant departments at the subsidiaries, sales teams and the German headquarter
  • Additional tasks would be giving training to order processing colleagues in our sales teams’ network and subsidiaries

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a degree in technical or industrial engineering or a comparable education.
  • You understand electric and electronic technology and machine construction.
  • You have solid English skills, spoken and written. German or other languages would be of advantage
  • You have experience in data handling and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
  • Good global intercultural understanding, clear communication as well as solution orientation
  • Self-starter and team player as well as a dynamic, motivated person with good interpersonal and excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • You are available to occasionally travel abroad for the above-mentioned activities.
