Mission

Il Services Manager avrè come mission principale la gestione del magazzino destinato al business Services, prestando particolare attenzione all’efficienza della Supply Chain e della Logistica. Gli obiettivi principali del manager sono gestire in modo integrato la Stocking Policy ed l’Inventario ciclico prestando attenzione alla gestione delle persone, essere in stretto coordinamento con le unità aziendali operative per forniture ed interventi come la supply chain globale e con la supply chain del plant di Stezzano. Il manager sarà anche coinvolto nei progetti di continuos improvement come: contatto e supervisione delle attivita in carico a DHL ( nell’ambito del progetto FAST).

What will you do?

  • Pianificare il flusso delle funzioni del reparto e Magazzino
  • Gestione H&S del reparto, la sicurezza degli operativi ed il rispetto del regolamento Aziendale
  • Gestione degli operatori Logistici per attività di magazzino ed inventario ciclico day to day – (Attività di preparazione, imballo e controllo liste materiali, conta e controllo prodotti, organizzazione spazi)
  • Gestione i collaboratori attivi per il reparto riparazioni e collaudi - Calendarizzazione delle attività, supporto per lista priorità
  • Gestire i collaboratori per l’unità di gestione attrezzature e DPI degli FSR – Day to day per preparazione Attrezzi e DPI su richiesta, Analisi Budget annuale di spesa
  • Coordinarsi con gli analisti di magazzino per il flusso di gestione della stocking policy – Supporto agli operativi nella gestione del flusso giornaliero ed analisi a lungo raggio sulla gestione degli stock minimi e massimi
  • Coordinamento con Finance per la gestione Cespiti, Rottamazione prodotti obsoleti ed analisi costi inventariali
  • Gestione delle escalation alla Supply Chain per i prodotti in ritardo
  • Ottimizzazione dei processi di magazzino per massimizzare l'efficienza operativa

  • Esperienza nel ruolo di responsabile di magazzino o posizione simile sarebbe un vantaggio .

  • Conoscenza pratica dei sistemi di gestione dell'inventario e delle procedure di magazzino.

  • Capacità dimostrata di gestire e motivare il personale.

  • Eccellenti capacità organizzative.

  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e problem -solving.

  • Conoscenza dei processi del service.

  • Inglese fluente
