What you can expect Support the commercial implementation of DKV Mobility’s eMobility strategy in Italy, with a strong focus on @home, @work and depot charging solutions. Conduct customer needs analyses together with Sales and translate requirements into suitable technical and commercial solution concepts. Act as the main technical point of contact for Sales colleagues, customers and partners in the Italian market and provide support for tenders, proposals and on-site appointments. Advise customers on charging infrastructure and DKV eMobility services, including backend integration, DKV Cockpit, DKV Managed Charging, DKV Home Charging, DKV Smart Charging, DKV Maintenance and DKV Roaming@work. Coordinate sales-relevant sub-projects and implementation handovers in close collaboration with Product Management, Fulfillment, Charge Point Services, service teams and external partners, while monitoring larger customer projects and removing technical or process-related blockers. Gather market, customer and competitor insights in Italy and feed them back into product development, go-to-market activities and commercial steering; represent DKV Mobility at customer meetings, trade fairs, partner events and industry congresses. Successfully completed technical vocational training or degree in electrical engineering, advanced knowledge for grid connections, energy technology or a comparable qualification. Relevant professional experience in eMobility or adjacent fields, such as charging infrastructure, electrical solutions, energy services, fleet management, automotive, leasing/rental or mobility solutions. Strong understanding of AC and DC charging infrastructure, ideally including backend systems, load management, maintenance and billing-related processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, customer-oriented explanations and to work reliably across countries, functions and cultures. Native or fluent business-level Italian and fluent English; German language skills are an advantage but not required. Experience in working with external technology, hardware, backend, installation or service partners. Knowledge of Italian eMobility market dynamics, fleet customer requirements, tender processes or local energy and infrastructure stakeholders. Severely disabled applicants will be given preference if equally qualified. This position can be full-time or part-time (min. 30h/week).
