OFFERTA La risorsa selezionata riporterà direttamente all'Operations Manager e sarà responsabile della: Gestione operativa e strategica dei magazzini presso gli stabilimenti. Coordinamento e pianificazione dei flussi logistici in entrata e in uscita (materie prime, semilavorati, prodotti finiti). Supervisione delle attività di etichettatura, tracciabilità e documentazione. Coordinamento del personale di magazzino e dei fornitori di servizi logistici. Supporto all'implementazione di processi e sistemi condivisi tra i diversi stabilimenti produttivi. Monitoraggio KPI logistici e proposta di azioni di miglioramento. COMPETENZE ED ESPERIENZA La risorsa ideale avrà i seguenti requisiti: Formazione accademica in Ingegneria Gestionale/Diploma Tecnico con significativa esperienza nel settore logistico. Almeno 5-7 anni in ruoli di responsabilità logistica in ambito alimentare. Conoscenza dei processi di logistica e produzione. Capacità di leadership e di gestione di team. Flessibilità e disponibilità a trasferte periodiche presso altri stabilimenti produttivi.
