Leap29 are seeking a PV Project Manager to be based in Milan. In this role, you will coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance) and external partners to deliver C& I photovoltaic projects, playing a key role in maintaining high operability and profitability across the Italian market.
My client is a well-established company in the energy transition space, dedicated to developing sustainable solutions across Europe and globally. They focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency projects, with a strong presence in the C& I sector.
Main Responsibilities Coordinate with EPC contractors during the executive design, permitting, and construction phases of PV assets.
Supervise on-site activities, ensuring proper coordination between partners, contractors, and suppliers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Liaise with clients, technical advisors, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure PV assets are built in full accordance with contractual obligations, project specifications, and internal technical standards.
Manage project documentation, progress reporting, and handover processes to internal stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and sharing best practices across projects. Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil).
Proficiency in MS Office and design/monitoring tools (e.g. Auto CAD, PVSyst, CMMS).
Knowledge of Italian C& I PV regulations.
Effective planning and organizational skills.
Valid driving license and availability for regular travel across Italy.
