You will play a crucial role in providing legal review and guidance on new and existing product offerings and platform features, supporting both Agoda and its adjacent business unit, RTA. Please note that remote work or working from locations outside of Bangkok is not available for this role.What you'll get to doProduct and Feature Review: Conduct legal assessments of new and existing product offerings and features, delivering concise, actionable and business‐friendly advice to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.Update and maintain the company's Terms of Use, policies, and other legal documents to align with evolving laws, regulations, and industry standards.Support product managers, engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand product visions and offer legal insights from ideation through deployment in close collaboration with other subject matter experts such as tax, finance and specialist counsels within the legal team.Regulatory Compliance: Proactively monitor and analyze changes in e‐commerce and technology laws and regulations, advise on product strategy and lead regulatory change management projects.Legal Support: Offer general legal support related to product development, including drafting and negotiating agreements with partners and vendors, as well as product‐related terms and condition.The person appointed will beA highly motivated technology lawyer who is able to understand complex products, ideally with knowledge of law in the travel sector and/or a passion for travel.Proactive and practical, adding value by creating pragmatic and strategic solutions to legal issues.The successful applicant will have5 to 8 years of post‐qualification experience, ideally a mix of international in‐house and reputable law firm experience.
