We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Strategy & Transformation Specialist to join our team in driving strategic initiatives and transformational projects within our pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate has a strong consultancy background, a proven track record in strategy and operational transformation, and preferably hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector. Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization, and propose actionable recommendations.
Support senior leadership in market analysis, business case development, and decision-making processes.
Lead or contribute to strategic projects such as portfolio optimization, digital transformation, organizational redesign, and operational improvement programs.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Facilitate workshops and presentations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and drive impactful outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred).
Corporate strategy, transformation, or project management experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Proven track record of managing and executing strategic projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including key trends, regulatory environment, and market dynamics, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management and analytics tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
