Per azienda leader nel settore della logistica e con sede nella zona di Melzo, ricerchiamo un / una Talent Development Partner con una visione strategica e operativa dei processi di sviluppo delle persone.
Responsibilities Proporre e progettare piani di sviluppo individuali e organizzativi, in stretta collaborazione con il referente per la Talent Review e con i manager di linea, garantendo coerenza con le esigenze del business.
Conoscere e applicare i meccanismi della formazione finanziata, inclusa la gestione della documentazione necessaria per l'accesso ai fondi.
Organizzare ed erogare formazione interna a gruppi di colleghi, anche in modalità blended.
Utilizzare il portale formazione della suite Zucchetti (nice to have).
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 4-6 anni in ruoli HR con focus su sviluppo organizzativo, talent management e formazione.
Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di performance management, career development e formazione aziendale, inclusa quella finanziata.
Laurea in discipline umanistiche, psicologia del lavoro, economia o affini.
