We're excited about all things creative and digital, and now we're looking to expand our marketing team with a Media Specialist Apprentice . If you're passionate about social media, digital advertising, and data-driven marketing — and eager to grow in a fast-paced creative environment — we want to meet you What you'll do Support in managing and uploading campaigns across Meta Ads , Google Ads , TikTok Ads and other paid media platforms. Assist with campaign performance analysis, reporting, and optimization. Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce effective, consistent digital assets. Monitor trends, benchmark competitors, and identify new digital opportunities. What you bring A genuine interest in digital marketing and online advertising. Familiarity with social platforms and basic advertising tools (even at entry level). An analytical mindset and curiosity for understanding what drives performance. Proactivity, precision, and strong willingness to learn and grow. Excellent Italian and good English. Bonus points Experience with Meta Business Manager or Google Ads. Studies in marketing, communication, or digital business. Interest in copywriting or creative content production. Location Milan — with the possibility to work 1 day per week remotely .
