No /ph3Offer Description /h3pThe researcher will carry out experimental activities within the ALGAVES project, aimed at developing extracellularbr/vesicles (EVs) derived from engineered microalgae as delivery systems for ketocarotenoids and tocopherol. Activitiesbr/will include EV isolation and purification and their characterization by NTA, TEM, DLS and Western blot. The researcherbr/will contribute to bioactive compound quantification by HPLC and to EV uptake studies in HaCaT keratinocytes bybr/confocal microscopy. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects will be assessed through ROS and redox status.
