We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team at the property located in Ragusa for the upcoming 2026 season.

Coordinate daily restaurant operations, both front and back of house
Deliver high-quality service and maximize guest satisfaction
Promote the sale of premium wines and/or cocktails
Regularly assess product quality
Organize and supervise staff shifts
At least three years of proven experience in luxury hotels or similar establishments
Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of French is considered a plus
Positive attitude, respectful demeanor, and willingness to share knowledge and skills • Customer service orientation
