My client, the Training Academy of one of the world's leading companies in the design and construction of aircraft is looking for:
Ruolo: Service Engineer
Contract: permanent
Service Engineering within the Customer Support, Services & Training Organization provides support to the in-service fleet, represents the primary interface to customers for technical requests and participates in continuous airworthiness process through collection and management of occurrence reports.
Main Responsibilities Manage technical queries related to aircraft malfunctions, maintenance and operation.
Provide resolution of technical issues through dedicated analysis, troubleshooting and preparation of the applicable documentation.
Ability to communicate professionally in written responses to e‐mails and submitting reports
