Overview We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider focused on delivering high‐reliability Cloud services and integrated cybersecurity solutions to medium and large companies. Our Cloud Native Team is looking for a Platform Engineer who will work independently with a set of clients, manage Kubernetes platforms, and enable customers with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices. Key Responsibilities Manage customer tickets and resolve technical issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Deploy and configure Kubernetes environments and related technologies for customers. Provide technical consulting and advisory services to help customers adopt DevOps practices. Contribute to the development and maintenance of SIGHUP distribution products for platform reliability. Proactively monitor and optimize infrastructure for stability and performance. Deliver customer training and knowledge transfer sessions to empower customer teams. Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code for consistent, repeatable, and scalable deployments. Hard Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered). +2 years of experience in IT operations, cloud infrastructure, or related roles. Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Understanding of Linux/Unix OS and command‐line usage. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana). Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python or similar). Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes. Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing). Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Kustomize, Helm). Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and platforms. Proficiency with version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab). CKAD, CKA, or CKS certifications are a plus. Language Skills Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken. Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail‐oriented with strong organizational skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies. Time management and prioritization of tasks. Proactive attitude and initiative in identifying improvements. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Customer service orientation for internal stakeholder support.
