We are looking for a talented, curious, and highly motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our Research & Marketing Team based at our Corporate Office in Milan. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline; â€
¢ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Query; â€
¢ Fluency in both written and spoken Italian and English; â€
¢ Previous experience, including academic projects or internships, involving data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence; â€
¢ A genuine interest in data management, analytics, and market research. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will: â€
¢ Collect, clean, validate, and structure datasets from multiple internal and external sources, with a particular focus on Excel-based data; â€
¢ Analyse and accurately map variables and data structures to ensure consistency and comparability across datasets; â€
¢ Perform data normalization activities on context-sensitive information, including currencies, units of measurement, product classifications, and local naming conventions; â€
¢ Support the design, development, and maintenance of comparative dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate cross-country and cross-functional analysis; â€
¢ Contribute to technical documentation, data governance processes, and best practices; â€
¢ Proactively identifying and designing new processes and tools to support all areas of the business. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas or VBA, PivotTables, Power Query, and data cleansing techniques; â€
¢ Basic knowledge of Python; â€
¢ Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and fundamental data management principles; â€
¢ Basic understanding of data visualization concepts and reporting best practices; â€
¢ Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms would be considered an advantage; â€
¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively; â€
¢ High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality; â€
