Business Development Manager

A leading global solar technology company is seeking a Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the EMEA region. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and securing contracts for large-scale solar projects.
Develop and execute sales strategies across target EMEA markets.
Manage end-to-end sales activities—from initial engagement to contract closure.
Identify new business opportunities and track market trends.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure project success.
Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate CRM records.
4+ years of sales or business development experience in solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure.
~ Proven track record in closing large-scale PV or similar complex deals.
~ Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
~ Existing network within the European solar ecosystem is an advantage.
~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
~ Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial.
~ Willingness to travel across the region.
