aizoOn , società di consulenza tecnologica di innovazione, indipendente, che opera a livello globale ricerca un / a Technical Support AMS - Ambito Logistico. Il/La candidato/a sarà inserito/a nell’area IT della Divisione Industrial Goods & Communication di aizoOn. Opererà presso un importante cliente, entrando nel team AMS e garantendo la continuità operativa delle applicazioni che supportano i processi logistici, con un focus sulla qualità del servizio e sulla gestione quotidiana delle richieste. Attività principali Gestione dei ticket (Incident, Service Request ed evolutive) relativi a WMS/TMS e moduli logistici ERP. Analisi e risoluzione delle anomalie tramite consultazione log, SQL di base e monitoraggio dei job applicativi. Configurazione delle applicazioni e supporto agli utenti sull’utilizzo delle funzionalità. Collaborazione con team tecnici e funzionali per attività di test, rilascio e validazione. Redazione e aggiornamento della documentazione operativa e delle procedure. Partecipazione ai turni di reperibilità per garantire il supporto operativo. PROFILO Laurea in discipline tecnico-scientifiche. Spiccate capacità di problem solving, comunicazione e gestione delle priorità. COMPETENZE TECNICHE Conoscenza dei principali processi logistici (ricevimento, picking, spedizione, trasporti). Esperienza su WMS, TMS o moduli logistici ERP. Competenze di base in SQL e nelle integrazioni applicative. SEDE DI LAVORO Modalità di lavoro interamente da remoto, con la sola eccezione di occasionali attività presso la sede del cliente situata a Mantova.
