Overview In this CRA role at Medpace you will support the integrity of clinical studies across pharmaceutical and medical device development. You'll join a training-focused program (PACE) that accelerates your skills toward independent CRA responsibilities. You work across sites, regulators, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant trials and data quality, with substantial travel. This position offers structured growth, exposure to multiple therapeutic areas, and a mission-driven environment that aims to improve patient outcomes. Responsabilità
Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites per protocol and SOPs
Communicate with site staff including coordinators and physicians
Verify investigator qualifications, training, resources, facilities, labs, equipment, and staff
Verify source documentation and maintain good documentation practices; handle protocol deviations
Ensure enrollment of eligible subjects and perform regulatory document reviews
Monitor adverse events and accurate data reporting per protocol
Assess site recruitment and retention and suggest improvements
Prepare monitoring reports and follow-up letters with significant findings and recommended actions
Requisiti fondamentali
Master degree in health-related field
Willingness to travel 60-80% nationally
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
CRA certification completed as per DMC 15/11/2011
Fluent in English and Italian
