Attualmente stiamo cercando un/a Digital Building Remote Expert Siamo alla ricerca di un Digital Building Remote Expert per rafforzare il nostro team Digital Services e supportare i clienti nell’integrazione delle soluzioni connesse Schneider Electric all’interno delle loro piattaforme software. Responsabilità principali Integrare le soluzioni digitali Schneider Electric nelle piattaforme software dei clienti (provisioning, connettività, test, cybersecurity check). Supportare le fasi di set‑up ed execution delle soluzioni complesse. Effettuare troubleshooting per Cliente e Customer Success Hub. Realizzare installed-base survey e raccogliere i dati necessari per la piattaforma digitale del cliente. Supervisionare la parte IT/IoT del commissioning, coordinandosi con Field Services, EcoExperts, Subappaltatori e personale del cliente. Eseguire test end‑to‑end, validazione e handover verso il Service Bureau. Analizzare la rete elettrica del cliente (HV/LV) e identificare asset critici per il condition monitoring. Definire l’architettura delle soluzioni IoT incluse gateway, communication agents e protocolli. Agire come interfaccia tecnica per Project Manager, Business Development e stakeholder C‑level (CTO, CIO…). Fornire feedback ai team di sviluppo e identificare nuove esigenze del cliente. Competenze ed esperienza richieste Diploma o Laurea in indirizzo tecnico. Esperienza in Operational Technology (Control Systems, RTU, Gateway, Energy Automation). Esperienza in reti Ethernet. Conoscenza dei protocolli di comunicazione (TCP/IP, Modbus, IEC 61850…). Interesse per tecnologie predittive, analytics e Industrial IoT. Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali. Attitudine proattiva, autonomia e accountability. Capacità di operare in ambienti dinamici e in team globali.
