We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Writer to create and refine content used in workflows, training data, and scenario-based evaluations for large language models (LLMs). You will help build realistic content samples, review AI-generated outputs, and ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

Create and edit content across formats such as articles, guides, workflows, and scenarios.
Recreate real-world content workflows for AI evaluation.
Review AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.
Collaborate with product and AI teams to align content with operational needs.

Multilingual capabilities are mandatory (English and German) : Ability to read and write in English and Portuguese with a high degree of comprehension skills.
~2+ years experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Technical Writer.
~ Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content gaps or inconsistencies.


Bachelors degree or undergraduate in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. We are open to candidates who do not have a Bachelor's degree but have experience in the area.
Experience creating datasets for LLMs (prompt writing, SFT, RLHF, eval benchmarks, red teaming, QA).
JSON (reading/writing, basic structure), Google Colab / Jupyter notebooks, Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), Slack.
