Als Internal Project Manager assisteer je de PMD project managers en director en beheer je de opvolging van projecten, orders en alle gerelateerde administratie.
Binnen de PMD (Project Management Division) zijn we samen met R&D verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van grote internationale projecten in verlichting. We ondersteunen ontwerpers bij hun meest uitdagende en complexe projecten en werken samen met enkele van de beste ontwerpers ter wereld en de belangrijkste Key Accounts klanten in de segmenten mode, voeding, horeca, kantoren en woningen.

  • Je geeft een optimale service aan PMD klanten op lopende projecten
    • Je volgt de ontwerpcoördinatie van op maat gemaakte producten op in samenwerking met de Project Manager en de afdeling R&D
    • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het interne beheer van projecten in samenwerking met de Project Manager
    • Je volgt levertijden, vertragingen, artikelcodes/namen en retours op
    • Je geeft technische ondersteuning en beantwoordt productgerelateerde vragen
    • Je geeft informatie over orders, volume, gewicht, verzendingen zowel aan de klant als aan de interne logistieke afdeling
    • Je behandelt voorraad- en prijsaanvragen
    • Je beantwoordt vragen over facturen en bent verantwoordelijk voor de betalingsaanvraag
    • Je behandelt logistieke klachten
    • Je gaat een stap verder om volledige klantentevredenheid te bereiken
  • Je bent een probleemoplosser en/of stelt een bevredigend actieplan op en/of licht specifieke situaties toe
  • Je levert efficiënt kwalitatieve resultaten door nauw samen te werken met interne afdelingen (planning, verzending, winkel, boekhouding, verkoopondersteuning en technische dienst) om alle relevante en correcte gegevens te verkrijgen
  • Je bent administratief verantwoordelijk voor de correcte afhandeling van de projecten:
    • Je vervult de orderinvoer van A tot Z
    • Je volgt PMD orders internationaal op
    • Je dient speciale productaanvragen in op projecten van je PMD-collega's en volgt dit intern (met R&D) volledig op
    • Je maakt prijsoffertes voor projecten
    • Je coördineert de samples, mock ups en verzendingen
    • Je ondersteunt de organisatie van trainingen
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie in CRM en SAP en andere databases.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma gecombineerd met een relevante eerste werkervaring
  • Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden, bent accuraat, stressbestendig en kan vlot communiceren.
  • Je bent een sterke communicator, maakt intern goede verbindingen om dingen gedaan te krijgen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
  • Je bent computervaardig (MS Office, SAP) en hebt al gewerkt met een CRM-tool.
