Sede di lavoro: Milano – zona Cadorna Orario di lavoro: Dal lunedì al venerdì, 9:00–13:00 e 14:00–18:00 (full-time) Responsabilità principali Gestione delle pratiche post-vendita e post-prenotazione (verifica documentazione, invio documenti di viaggio, gestione visti, diete particolari, apertura e chiusura ticket) Gestione di modifiche, cancellazioni e richieste di rimborso Supporto al cliente prima, durante e dopo il viaggio Monitoraggio e aggiornamento delle prenotazioni in corso Fornitura di informazioni dettagliate su servizi, orari e variazioni Inserimento e aggiornamento delle offerte sul sito Requisiti: Esperienza nel settore turistico, preferibilmente in agenzie di viaggio o ruoli affini(preferibile ma non necessaria) Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di gestione prenotazioni( sarà considerato un plus) Ottime capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente Spiccata attitudine al problem solving Capacità di lavorare in team Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel La conoscenza di sistemi di gestione viaggi (es.
