Proactively address concerns and regularly update clients on project progress to ensure satisfaction and retention. Promote innovation through the continuous improvement of workflows and the adoption of new technologies. /li liPerformance Monitoring and Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements and improve project performance. Make informed, data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes. /li liTeam support and Collaboration: Cultivate a positive and cooperative work environment by actively supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team success in achieving project goals. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExtensive experience in the translation industry with a minimum of 3 years. /li liExcellent proficiency in English, with an additional language such as German or French preferred. /li liExceptional time management and organizational skills. /li liStrong computer and web proficiency. /li liExcellent communication skills, particularly in client-facing interactions, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships. /li liHigh analytical ability to interpret data, evaluate project performance, and make informed decisions to optimize processes and outcomes. /li liRobust ability to manage stress, excel under high pressure, and handle a substantial workload efficiently. /li /ul h3Headquarters /h3 pTranslated is hosted at Pi Campus, a working environment immersed in nature where 5 luxury villas in Rome (Italy) have been converted into functional offices to foster talent growth.
