Monza, Italia Travel by Luxe A tempo pieno

Travel Designer – Remote (Italy) – North American Market Focus Location: Remote (Italy) – Must have legal permission to work in Italy Employment Type: Full-time Language Requirements: Italian C1 & English C1 About Us We are a fast-growing travel company specialising in tailor-made, high-value itineraries for North American clients. Our focus is on delivering exceptional experiences and personalised service, and we are looking for a naturally enthusiastic, quick, and self-motivated Travel Designer to join our remote team in Italy. This is not a typical Travel Designer role — you will be on the front line with incoming leads, developing relationships, designing large, high-value itineraries, and creating multi-day experiences that exceed client expectations. Your performance could open the door to a future leadership/sales manager position. What You Will Do Engage immediately with incoming leads, including day-tour requests, and have the flexibility to transform them into multi-day itineraries through excellent customer service and needs analysis. Handle large, complex multi-day itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and experiences are optimised for client enjoyment. Conduct needs analysis to fully understand client goals, preferences, and constraints, and identify opportunities to upsell additional experiences or extensions that enhance the itinerary. Think laterally and creatively to design unique, high-value itineraries tailored to client needs. Treat every client with the same care and attention you would give a friend or family member. Build strong relationships with North American clients, advising with confidence and professionalism. Use CRM and other tools efficiently to manage and nurture client relationships. Work remotely, autonomously, and efficiently — prioritising speed, quality, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to continuously refine processes and improve client experience. What We're Looking For Experienced Travel Designer who is naturally enthusiastic, quick, and self-motivated. Flexible mindset — able to handle day-tour lead requests and transform them into multi-day itineraries through thoughtful service and needs analysis. Experience with large itineraries — able to manage complex multi-day trips with multiple destinations and services. Upselling skills — ability to identify opportunities based on client needs and add value to itineraries. Client-first attitude — treats clients as they would treat friends or family. Creative and lateral thinker — able to propose unique vacation options tailored to client needs. Skilled in needs analysis — able to ask the right questions to uncover what clients truly want. Fluent Italian & English (C1) — excellent written and spoken communication. North American market experience or proven ability to build relationships with international clients. Tech-savvy — able to use CRM and other digital tools efficiently. Fast, adaptable, and reliable — able to handle multiple high-value clients with attention to detail. Ambition — potential to train and grow into a future sales manager role. Must have legal permission to work in Italy. How We Screen / Filter for the Right Candidates Rapid Response Test: respond to a sample incoming lead (including day-tour requests) within 24 hours, showing initiative, speed, and flexibility. Needs Analysis & Upsell Scenario: candidates outline the questions they would ask to uncover client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or itinerary extensions. Creative Multi-Day Itinerary Exercise: design a short, large itinerary based on a client brief, demonstrating lateral thinking, creativity, upselling, and personal touch. Behavioral Assessment: discussion on enthusiasm, client care, flexibility, and ability to manage complex itineraries. What We Offer Fully remote position, flexible work setup. Opportunity to grow into a leadership/sales manager role. Work on large, high-value multi-day itineraries with premium clients. Collaborative and fast-moving environment where initiative, creativity, and client impact are highly valued. How to Apply: Submit your CV and a brief cover letter describing your experience with North American clients, handling large itineraries, transforming day tours into multi-day trips, upselling, and examples of creative itineraries you've designed.
