Senior Ad Policy Manager, Advertising Trust PolicyJob ID: 2973475 | Amazon.com Services LLCAs a member of the Advertising Trust's Policy & Integrity team, you'll work across Amazon's business lines to shape customer experience and long‐term strategy for Amazon Advertising. Our team combines extensive online advertising experience with expertise in customer experience solutions, risk mitigation, and brand integrity. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage comprehensive policy sets, from conceptualization through implementation and monitoring.Deliver clear risk assessments and high‐quality written presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership.Create business requirement documents for product teams to ensure policy compliance.Foster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units.Manage high‐risk and high‐impact escalations alongside moderation and support teams.Develop deep understanding of ad tech systems, particularly Amazon's infrastructure, to guide policy development.A Day in the LifePolicy Managers monitor policy effectiveness using various signals and handle escalated policy compliance questions. They develop expertise in locale‐specific requirements and consider cultural norms in decision‐making. The role involves building policy recommendations based on multi‐vector risk assessment, collaborating with product teams on risk solutions, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Our team combines extensive online advertising experience with expertise in customer experience solutions, risk mitigation, and brand integrity. Basic Qualifications7+ years' experience in content moderation, ad tech, product policy, or advertising policy roles.Proven experience working with PR, Legal, and Public Policy teams in high‐pressure environments.Track record of managing and communicating results to senior leadership.Superior verbal and written communication skills.Capacity to make complex decisions with limited data.Strong background in metrics and data analysis.Expertise in digital advertising policy, compliance, or legal matters.Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‐on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
