Qualifications As a Room Attendant you will take ownership of guest rooms ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean comfortable space and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them. Clean all assigned guestrooms including: dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies Follow all safety and sanitation policies Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment Update and record all cleaned rooms Return and properly tag all lost and found articles in the Housekeeping Office Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards Report necessary maintenance issues Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service Sign in and out master keys daily Additional Information Medical Insurance integrating Collective Labor Agreement one and extended to the family Ticket Restaurant Annual leave ALL - Heartist Program: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at all ACCOR locations and partner venues worldwide.
