Technical Recruiter appartenente alle Categorie Protette (Art.1 L.68/99)

Requisiti:
1. Laurea, preferibilmente in discipline tecniche;
2. Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 1 anno, maturata in aziende strutturate e fortemente orientate al mercato, operanti nel settore delle consulenze;
3. Esperienza nella consulenza aziendale e nella ricerca diretta di profili tecnici;
4. Conoscenza del settore edile, industriale, ingegneristico;
5. Candidato/a con ottime capacità comunicative ed organizzative;
6. Utilizzo degli ATS di gestione delle ricerche (Allibo);
7. Domicilio a Roma
8. Appartenente alle Categorie Protette (Art.1 L 68/99)

Mansioni da svolgere:

Il/la candidato/a ideale sarà in grado di svolgere in completa autonomia le seguenti attività:

- Attivare e monitorare i canali e gli strumenti di recruiting;
- Gestire ed effettuare ricerca diretta da database delle candidature;
- Effettuare lo screening dei curricula pervenuti ed individuati;
- Effettuare interviste telefoniche di pre-selezione e convocazione dei candidati;
- Condurre la prima fase dei colloqui di selezione e di valutazione dei candidati;
- Gestire i follow-up ai candidati selezionati e non selezionati;
- Altre attività previste dalla mansione.
