Through its global distribution network, the Company’s products are sold in over 120 countries. We are seeking an Operations Intern to support our Packaging Development team. Reporting to the Packaging Development Manager, this role provides hands-on experience and exposure to a variety of projects. This internship is a great opportunity to learn about our fragrance and hotel amenities packaging, supporting samples and packaging development. This is a 6-month, full-time internship. Responsibilities : Support managing packaging prototyping Collect information & research on new packaging development Gather product data, technical features, measurements and load data in the system Coordinate sampling activities and shipments Assist with the industrialization process and execution of quality tests Compile Quality tracker and support the team in the quality complaint management with suppliers Contribute to CONAI compliance and sustainability initiatives Required Education/Experience: Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields Fluent in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus Required Qualifications : Very precise and into details Embracing changes, flexible-minded A problem solver A collaborative individual able to build solid relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders A great team player, able to engage with teams and colleagues from different functions and levels of the company Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) What you will learn: Awareness of production flow and steps Experience in packaging manufacturing & cosmetic manufacturing Overview on project management, with the great opportunity to be in touch with many company departments & suppliers Overview of purchasing & planning activities Interparfums USA, LLC promotes equal opportunities and is committed to ensuring an inclusive work environment in compliance with Italian (Legislative Decree 198/2006 and Legislative Decree 215/2003) and European regulations, without discrimination based on race, religion, color, sex, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other condition protected by law.
