As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in the Aerospace sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects. What is the challenge? MAIN ACTIVITIES: Lead the development and management of product industrialization activities, ensuring smooth transition from design to production. Define work cycles and production sequences to optimize efficiency and meet quality standards. Prepare and maintain technical documentation required for manufacturing processes and compliance. Design and specify production equipment and tooling, supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Collect and analyze process data to establish accurate technical requirements and drive process optimization. Collaborate closely with technical and production teams to enhance manufacturing processes and resolve issues proactively. REQUIREMENTS: 4–5 years of experience in roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer, or Industrialization Engineer within a manufacturing environment. Fluency in Italian is essential; good command of Englishis a plus. Strong knowledge of mechanical machining processes and related manufacturing techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation accurately. Solid understanding of industrial design principles and production processes, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
