Luxury Sales Manager

Join Starhotels and be part of the Luxury Sales Team, based in Milan . As a Luxury Sales Manager , you will support and collaborate closely with the Director of Luxury Sales in all proactive, reactive, and back‐office sales activities. The role is instrumental in driving business development, maintaining relationships with key luxury travel agencies, and managing designated markets to strengthen the company's position in the global luxury hospitality sector. Responsibilities Work proactively and reactively to identify, solicit, and secure new business opportunities within designated luxury markets and accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key luxury travel agencies, consortia, and other strategic partners, fostering constant engagement. Analyse international luxury market trends and competitor activities to identify business leads and recommend strategies that ensure the company remains a leader in the marketplace. Participate in weekly and monthly business reviews to assess performance, actions, and overall business status. Collaborate with hotel teams and the Director of Luxury Sales to coordinate company‐wide sales activities and ensure alignment across all properties. Develop and implement strategic sales plans designed to increase market share, revenue, and customer loyalty. Conduct effective after‐sales follow‐up to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any potential areas of improvement. Partner with the Groups & Events departments to identify potential business opportunities and provide support as required. Work closely with the Headquarters Sales team to ensure consistency and synergy across all sales initiatives. Coordinate activities and information sharing between hotels and corporate teams to maintain a unified approach to luxury sales. Represent the company at key client events, trade shows, and roadshows when requested, promoting the brand within the luxury travel segment. Ensure full adherence to company sales policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. Proven experience in luxury hospitality sales, preferably with exposure to international markets. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment. Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities.
