The Global Ecommerce Specialist is accountable for supporting in driving the coordination and execution of global digital initiatives and special cross-functional projects, reporting into the Global Digital operations Director. Acting as a key operational link between headquarters and regional markets, the Specialist ensures consistent communication, accurate reporting, and timely delivery of strategic priorities. Cross-Functional Support Support the Global Digital Operations Director in coordinating global initiatives involving Roadmap, Marketing, Business Performance and Business initiatives.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Monitor progress across initiatives, identify potential risks, and elevate issues proactively to ensure timely resolution.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Gather, validate, and consolidate Ecommerce performance data across markets and channels.
Prepare regular performance reports and executive presentations, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
Serve as a bridge between global and regional Ecommerce teams, facilitating communication and alignment on key priorities for dedicated projects
Coordinate ad hoc projects requiring regional input or implementation.
Maintain thorough documentation of ongoing projects and ensure adherence to established governance practices.
Degree in Business, Digital Commerce or related fields
3–5 years of experience in Ecommerce or project coordination within a matrix organization.
Proven experience in data consolidation, performance reporting, and cross-functional project management.
Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of analytics platforms and digital KPI frameworks.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
