RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy HR Employment Administrator to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Global Human Resources Division.

We offer a fixed-term contract (maternity leave).

Mission

Support the managing administrative employment process, granting compliance with legal requirements.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the managing administrative employment process, granting compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collecting, drafting and recording documentation concerning the employment relationship (employment contracts, relocations, changes in contractual conditions, etc.).
  • Managing enrolment of interns internships.
  • Managing personnel database software and electronic storage of personnel files, ensuring timely and effective updating of HR databases.
  • Participating in drawing up policies and procedures on HR related matters.

Education

Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Law.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactor Software would be a plus.
