Purchaser

The Purchasing function contributes to the creation of the competitive advantage through the continuous research and selection of suppliers. Suppliers’ performance is monitored according to price, quality, service, flexibility, delivery time, innovation, product range and sustainability in accordance with GMP rules.

The function acts in the respect of GMP rules as part of the pharmaceutical sector.

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Manage and monitor the RfQ (Request for Quotation) towards the suppliers according to the defined vendor list and purchasing strategy
• Responsible for the first negotiation and the price agreement with the vendors within the defined budget and purchasing targets
• Responsible for the creation of the Purchase Orders (Purchase Request conversion to Purchase Order) in line with the needs of the budget owners and in compliance with the purchasing guideline.
• Monitoring status of the orders and related deliveries with the vendors
• First contact person and responsible for the deviation management regarding Invoices and good receipts related to the orders under his/her responsibility
• Purchasing contact person for all stakeholders in the assigned Legal Entity/Plant
• Responsible for inbound flow for raw materials, spare parts and capex in terms of communication with the forwarder and custom and delivery document preparation

Qualifications

• Diploma
• At least 2 years’ experience in organized multinational companies (Chemical-pharmaceutical preferable)
• Technical knowledge of the SAP software (MM module)
• Analytical skills
• Expertise in the field of purchasing processes
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Driving License: B
