DESCRIZIONE

Arricchiamo continuamente il nostro team con consulenti esperti nei diversi ambiti dei Financial Services che abbiano maturato esperienza in realtà strutturate, preferibilmente primarie società di consulenza direzionale, fondi di investimento/ private equity, società o boutique di M&A.

Cerchiamo professionisti con consolidata esperienza in Corporate Finance che abbiano lavorato in ambiti progettuali complessi, con interazioni molto senior, in grado di guidare processi complessi (ad es definizione di piani industriali), risorse con forte competenze di analisi numeriche e di business, che sappiano coniugare skills tecniche e leadership individuale.

SKILLS/ESPERIENZE RICHIESTE

Background

  • Laurea Magistrale economica – nice to have specializzazione in Corporate Finance /Valutazione aziendale
  • Pregressa esperienza nella preparazione di piani industriali e/o progetti di finanza aziendale /performance measurement
  • Pregressa esperienza con stakeholders molto senior (C level/Executives)
  • Nice to have : conoscenze in ambito monetica e schemi di pagamento.

Skills

  • Conoscenze economiche , contabili (principi di bilancio, CE/SP/CF) e metodi di valutazione aziendale /investimenti
  • Capacità di impostazione di business case per la valutazione di iniziative ed individuazione dei KPI e identificazione impatti economici/patrimoniali/cassa
  • Capacità di gestione di grandi set di dati , analisi dei trend e individuazione insights
  • Conoscenza avanzata di Excel con esperienza in modeling e creazione di dashboard interattive (nice to have conoscenza Power Query, Power Pivot, Power Bi e Access);
  • Abilità nella preparazione di deck Power Point chiari, concisi, Executive level
  • Mindset strutturato , capacità di sintesi e abilità di scomposizione di problemi complessi in blocchi logici
  • Attenzione estrema al dettaglio , abilità di gestione di deadline stringenti e produzione di deliverable di altissima qualità
  • Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
