We are looking for a passionate Freelance - AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI and Generative AI solutions that solve real business challenges.
This role sits at the intersection of research and production, with strong exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and modern MLOps practice s .


Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs for domain-specific use cases
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training and inference
Implement, test, and monitor model deployment strategies in production environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
~Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
~ Familiarity with MLOps workflows and model deployment pipelines
~ Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and multimodal systems
Hands-on experience with embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background in industrial or production environments

Collaborate with talented engineers, researchers, and product teams
Build AI solutions that actually ship and scale

Employment contract : €25,000 – €33,000 gross annual salary
Freelance (Partita IVA) : up to €35,000 per year
