We are currently looking for a Procurement Production Specialist within the Supply Chain Department to join our FAMAR team in Baranzate , Italy . The main objective of this position is to oversee and manage the procurement process related to production materials and supplies. This role involves coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support the production schedule. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following but not limited activities: Materials & Raw Materials Procurement Planning Scheduling (PM & RM) Control (forecast/open orders) of customs documentation Control (ABC analysis/Inventory rotation/safety stock evaluation) Change Control You will strengthen your background in the Procurement area of the Supply Chain process within the pharmaceutical sector. Through this experience, you will develop excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills. What we are looking for: Degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment Fluency in English is essential, as you will join an international organization Good negotiation skills as you will be requested to demonstrate an ability to secure favourable terms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Funzione lavorativa Supply Chain IMPIEGATO/A UFFICIO TECNICO E SUPPORTO PRODUZIONE GFL Cosmetics: Quality Control Specialist #J-18808-Ljbffr
