As an Area Sales Manager North West Italy you are responsible for a defined territory of key accounts. You develop new business by acquiring new customers in the Lombardy and Piedmont areas using a consultative sales approach to promote Sakura instruments. You collaborate closely with regional Marketing colleagues, Field Service Engineers, CSS, and other cross‐functional teams to support customer solutions and monitor market developments. Accurate reporting and analysis of sales results through monthly reports and CRM are essential to ensure informed decision‐making and continuous improvement.
Achieve sales targets and personal and team goals as defined in the territory yearly plan with focus on SMART Automation and selected focus products.
Build and maintain professional customer relationships within the assigned territory supported by a yearly sales plan.
Prepare, analyse and report sales results using monthly reports and CRM.
Monitor market developments and report relevant business trends.
Work closely with regional Marketing colleagues and Field Service Engineers supporting Tasks.
Perform additional project related tasks as assigned.
We perfectly match if
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales or commercial experience in diagnostics with mandatory B2B sales experience and experience in histology, pathology, cytology, IHC, and high capital investments.
Good command of the local language and English both written and spoken.
Strong communication presentation and writing skills.
Experience with leasing models or cost per test solutions.
Company car with fuel card included.
