You will lead and support the teams in delivering the creativity, elegance and excellence that define the Experimental spirit. /p /brpIn this role, you will be responsible for: /p /brh3Opening Operational Development /h3 /brul /brlipSupport the hotel’s transition into its first phase of operations, ensuring that processes and routines are established and continuously improved. /p /li /brlipEnsure that rooms, equipment and accommodation areas are fully operational and maintained to the expected standards. /p /li /brlipIdentify and resolve any operational issues arising after opening, working closely with the relevant support teams. /p /li /brlipEnsure that the accommodation teams have the tools, resources and procedures needed to deliver a seamless guest experience. /p /li /br /ul /brh3Operations /h3 /brul /brlipOversee the smooth daily operation of the accommodation departments, including Front Office, Reservations and Housekeeping. /p /li /brlipEnsure fluid communication and coordination between teams to guarantee a seamless guest experience. /p /li /brlipRepresent the hotel and the Experimental brand through exemplary guest engagement, personalised advice and service, fostering guest satisfaction and loyalty. /p /li /brlipMonitor the condition, cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and accommodation areas, coordinating maintenance needs and ensuring the property is kept to the expected standards. /p /li /brlipSupport and guide the accommodation teams in developing and improving their daily operations. /p /li /brlipEnsure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in line with local standards. /p /li /br /ul /brh3Guest Experience Standards /h3 /brul /brlipEnsure that Experimental’s service standards and hospitality philosophy are consistently reflected throughout the guest journey. /p /li /brlipHandle guest feedback, complaints and special requests with professionalism and care. /p /li /br /ul /brh3Revenue Management Performance /h3 /brul /brlipMonitor accommodation performance and contribute to achieving revenue and budget targets. /p /li /brlipWork closely with the Revenue and Sales teams to support the implementation of pricing, distribution and sales strategies. /p /li /br /ul /brh3Accounting Financial Control /h3 /brul /brlipSupervise inventories and stock management related to the accommodation departments, in line with group standards. /p /li /brlipCoordinate administrative and reporting matters related to accommodation operations with the group’s headquarters. /p /li /br /ul /brh3Human Resources /h3 /brul /brlipEnsure compliance with local labour laws and regulations. /p /li /brlipSupport recruitment and onboarding for the accommodation teams in collaboration with the HR department. /p /li /brlipOversee team scheduling in line with business needs and occupancy levels. /p /li /brlipSupport the professional development and training of your teams, fostering a culture of service excellence and collaboration. /p /li /br /ul /brh3ABOUT YOU /h3 /brpYou are a passionate hospitality professional with a strong operational background and a hands-on approach to hotel management. /p /brul /brlipYou have solid experience in hotel operations, ideally in a Resident Manager, Deputy Hotel Manager or Rooms Division leadership role within a high-end hotel. /p /li /brlipYou have a strong understanding of accommodation operations, particularly Front Of
