Descrizione del lavoro

Inserita nel team di ingegneria di produzione (MFE), la figura sarà responsabile del controllo produzione in reparto imballo, al fine di garantire la consegna dei prodotti finiti.

Dialoga quotidianamente con diversi reparti aziendali ed è interfaccia principale della produzione verso manutenzione, logistica, lean manufacturing e ingegneria di processo.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Confermare la capacità produttiva delle specifiche linee rispetto al piano proposto.
  • Analizzare giornalmente i piani di produzione a livello di singola linea, in base alle richieste di consegna e allo stato del WIP.
  • Apportare modifiche agli stessi in risposta a problematiche organizzativo-produttive; verificare la congruità delle distinte, la disponibilità dei materiali e degli utensili richiesti.
  • Sviluppare e aggiornare le matrici di flessibilità delle macchine.
  • Partecipare ad attività di miglioramento continuo collaborando con altri dipartimenti all’interno di progetti trasversali.
  • Definire gli standard di lavoro.
  • Partecipare attivamente al value stream mapping e design.
  • Collaborare alla produzione di campionature.

Qualifiche

Requisiti:

  • Diploma tecnico / gestionale.
  • Esperienza pregressa nell’industria produttiva.
  • Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti informatici.
  • Orientamento ai risultati.
  • Precisione nell’esecuzione del lavoro.

Saranno considerati un plus:

  • Laurea in ingegneria.
  • Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di distinte base, disegno tecnico.
  • Uso di SAP.
  • Conoscenza principi lean manufacturing.
  • Esperienza nell’utilizzo di sistemi MES.
