Overview First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative I at the Waipahu Branch in Oahu. The role provides quality customer service, promotes the Bank's products and services, informs customers of benefits and features, and acts as an initial contact for referrals to personal bankers and specialized areas of the bank. Responsibilities Provide quality customer service to bank customers inside and outside the branch. Promote the Bank's products and services and inform customers of benefits and features. Refer customers to personal bankers and specialized areas such as consumer and commercial loans, credit cards, etc. Project a professional image and appearance as a representative of the Bank. Compensation The hourly pay range is $19.00 - 22.50 per hour, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives. Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM (hours may vary). Required Qualifications Associates degree in business and/or equivalent work skills; mandatory completion of FHB CSR School upon acceptance. Minimum of 2 years as a commercial savings teller or two years in a retail sales environment selling products and services. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills for sales presentations. Ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
