Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d)
As a Regional Sales Manager in Italy, you will be our primary contact for the aftermarket business in the field of paper production plants and stock preparation. Sales & Market Development
Achieve sales and profitability targets for the Italian market.
Represent Voith Paper professionally in customer meetings, presentations, workshops, and trade fairs.
Market Analysis & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing information.
Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate sales activities with our agents in the Middle East.
Provide on‑site support through bi‑annual customer visits together with agents.
Functional reporting to the Sales Director EMEA South.
Ideally, experience in sales or product management.
Strong sales orientation and goal‑driven mindset.
Languages
~ Very good written and spoken Italian and English.

Willingness to travel approximately 60% to customer sites.
