Descrizione JOB DESCRIPTION Nell'ambito della Direzione Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo, e in particolare all'interno dell'area Group Treasury, stiamo ricercando una risorsa da inserire nel team Italian Subsidiaries & Financial Planning, che ha il compito da un lato di coordinare le società controllate italiane del Gruppo Fincantieri su tematiche di natura finanziaria, dall'altro di pianificare e monitorare i flussi finanziari di breve e medio-lungo periodo del Gruppo. La figura ricercata si occuperà, nello specifico, del coordinamento finanziario delle Società controllate italiane del Gruppo. Attività La risorsa supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività: Coordinamento delle società controllate italiane su tematiche di natura finanziaria con l'obiettivo di facilitare il processo di integrazione finanziaria delle controllate, in coerenza con gli obiettivi e le best practice del Gruppo; Analisi e monitoraggio dei fabbisogni finanziari delle società controllate italiane al fine di porre in atto le azioni necessarie a supporto della società (gestione dei finanziamenti intercompany, individuazione di forme di finanziamento alternative, gestione delle parent company guarantee); Gestione degli aspetti finanziari relativi ad operazioni straordinarie riguardanti le società controllate italiane (quali ad es. acquisizioni, cessioni, aumenti di capitale), fornendo l'opportuno supporto alle funzioni aziendali coinvolte; Gestione della relazione con alcuni dei principali istituti bancari del Gruppo; Elaborazione di report periodici destinati al management aziendale. Requisiti La risorsa dovrà essere in possesso di: Esperienza di almeno 3 anni all'interno di funzioni di tesoreria o similari; Laurea magistrale in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata. Completano il profilo caratteristiche quali: attitudine al team-working, ottime doti relazionali e comunicative, capacità di problem solving, motivazione, orientamento al risultato. J-18808-Ljbffr
