To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join the TECH team: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry, leading our solutions to make a global impact. AS A SR ENGINEERING MANAGERYOU WILL:

  • Provide guidance, direction, and support to the engineering department, ensuring that they are motivated and empowered to achieve their goals.

  • Participate in recruiting, training, and supervising a team of engineers, assigning tasks and responsibilities, and monitoring their performance and development

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure effective coordination and successful project delivery

  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering department, encouraging innovation, and implementing best practices and process improvements

  • Mentor and develop other managers, fostering a strong leadership culture within the organization.

  • Monitor overall budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.

️ YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

  • At least 5 years experience in the same role

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders

  • Effective problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities

  • Strong knowledge of the software technologies commonly used in web development in a cloud and serverless environment

  • Strong soft skills, such as emotional intelligence, ability to delegate and time management.

  • Fluent in English language
